Immaculate delivery?

UPS is holding my package hostile. (Haha, I said "package".) They claim they do not have my address, but part one of the shipment from the same vendor arrived without issue. The remarkable thing is that they were able to snail-mail me a post card stating they did not have my street number. Hmmm, how do you send mail to someone when you do not know their address? What a bunch of jackholes!
